The downstairs suite has a bedroom, sitting area, balcony, queen-sized bed, plenty of closet and drawer storage for your vacation essentials and a large bathroom with soaking tub, dual sinks, and separate walk-in shower.
Enjoy the nautical feel while soaking up the ocean breeze and never ending ocean scape. A queen size aerobed is available to sleep a total of 6 people. There is a 4 passenger limo golf cart, WIFI, 3 High Definition smart TV's (no traditional cable), and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. The unit comes with its own washer and dryer and hardwood floors. On one of the balconies you will find a propane barbecue ready for use! There are 45 steps from the bottom of the building to the door (entrance is from the bottom of building 18).

Rental of a vacation home in Hamilton Cove includes use of the community’s amenities (pool, spa, health club, putting course, tennis courts, croquet court, sand volleyball court and beach area). This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3 night minimum July & August).

Hamilton Cove amenities, including pool, spa, gym and tennis courts are currently closed and will re-open at the discretion of Hamilton Cove Homeowners Association for the health and safety of the community.
